Ox Bow Decor sells to the trade only. We do not sell to the public off the website or to any e-commerce only sites. We only sell to brick and mortar stores, interior designers and printed catalogs. We encourage our retailers to post our products that they carry on their websites and we will provide high resolution photographs to support this effort, but do not allow our products to be posted on any e-commerce only websites. Minimums and reorder minimums vary by product and are noted on our price sheet. Opening Orders are $300.00.
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express and payments are not processed until orders are shipped. Credit Cards are securely processed through Cardpoint.
All merchandise is shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. We can use your UPS account as well. The typical order lead time is 3 weeks, but may be longer during our busy summer and holiday seasons.
All items are inspected before they are shipped and carefully packaged. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If any damages occur from shipping, please contact us ASAP.
